Akathiotis Developers successfully participated at the Cyprus Business Exhibition & Wine Festival in London, held in the Alexandra Palace Great Hall, on Saturday 23th and Sunday 24th June 2007.

As part of this ongoing commitment and due to the great success at the last year’s exhibition, Akathiotis Developers gave their presence this year, presenting their new developments both in Pervolia, Larnaca area as well as in Nicosia.

Many existing clients visited Akathiotis stand, while a large number of perspective buyers showed great interest in the new development, Sunrise Gardens, since in its majority this is exempt of VAT and offers attractive features both for holiday or rental opportunities.
